Dr. Victoria Sanders, LMFT 52610, Phd is a therapist with more than 15 years experience working with children who have come from trauma, their families, as well as law enforcement and their families. Victoria is particularly passionate about working with fostered and adopted children and their families. Victoria is passionate about helping others, and supporting families in being successful, happy, and positive in their life. Victoria is also the CEO and Founder of VMS Family Counseling Services but continues to provide services to children and families because it is her heart, that is her passion and her love for providing treatment and support to others is too great for her to walk away from.

Tyler works with individual’s and families who are experiencing a variety of struggles, including depression, anxiety, inter-familial conflict, and life stress related issues. Tyler is passionate about supporting law enforcement officers, and their families, and ensuring that all of those who she supports and works with are able to be successful in all that they do.

Ashley Harris
Ashley Harris is the VMS Office Manager and has been with the organization for more than nine years, and is the literal glue that holds the team together. She handles all billing and scheduling issues, she is the go to person for any questions that both client’s and staff have. Her quiet, thoughtful, and attention to detail ensures that all people feel as though they are able to ask for help and support when needed.

Alejandra Torres
Alex Torres is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #131175 and is directly supervised by Tyler Diaz, LMFT #86361. As a 16 year veteran in mental health and counseling, Alex has worked with the incarcerated and parole population through substance abuse treatment facilities, at risk youth in school settings, and Foster Parents. Alex has profound experience facilitating groups, one to one counseling and trauma education. Alex has worked with youth and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and addiction. Alex is fluent in Spanish which has allowed her to reach the Spanish speaking community and share her tools and techniques to rural communities. Her own life journey of overcoming adversity has fueled her innate passion for helping others discover hope and restoration.

Melissa Rodriguez
Melissa Rodriguez is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #141185, supervised by Tyler Diaz, LMFT #8636. Melissa enjoys cultivating a space for healing, strengthening sense of self, and reflecting on one’s wants and needs. She holds her unique approach to therapy by utilizing techniques that tailor to learning about your story and aiding in your own processing, exploration, and understanding of your feelings and emotions. Through her therapeutic partnerships, together you will help discover new ways of embracing your needs, changing unhelpful patterns and thoughts, coping, growing, and strengthening self and identity. Melissa is passionate in working with a wide range of individuals and their families. She specializes working with children and teens/adolescents (ages 8-17) as well as young adults (18-30) and beyond! Your first session together will be connecting and building a foundation of trust.
