What is a life coach?

Our LEAD Program coaches offers executive coaching to CWS supervisors. Executive coaching is a professional development approach that is amid at creating awareness, generate action and facilitate learning and growth. Supporting the leadership in exploring different forms to retain staff, manage their staff effectively and learn to utilize your leadership skills effectively.

Business coaching is used to support business owners to take their business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be. This particular role is held by someone bringing their years of experience to the table. This includes assistance and support on being a better manager, handling the stress of owning your own business and finding additional revenue to grow your business.

A life coach is a person who can help support and push you to be your best self. A real-life sounding board for you to bounce ideas off and speak freely without the fear of judgment or pushback. There are many types of life coaches to choose from, depending on what you are looking for. They are life coaches that help in specific specialties: personal life goals, professional growth, health, relationships, sexuality, entrepreneurship, spirituality, the list is endless.

A life coach, however, is not a person you want to go to if you want the answers given to you. Coaches do no offer life changing advice or give you a road map of what needs to get done. A coach has complex questions that will get you to think outside the box and assist in finding your own answers. A philosophy of a life coach is that their clients already have all the answers to what they are seeking. With the assistance of a coach and some real good questions, the client will be sure to discover their full potential.
