INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS
LEAD coaches meet with their assigned staff on a regular basis to guide them in finding solutions to the barriers they encounter in leadership positions. Each staff member receives a 360 Evaluation to develop an action plan that is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Every session is then personalized to the needs of the staff member and based on meeting the goals of the action plan. Curious to see what a session looks like? This is how a basic coaching session is structured.
LEAD Coaches also provide trainings on a variety of topics related to leadership positions. Examples of training topics are Conflict Resolution, Time Management Skills, and Corrective Action Plans.
Throughout the month the LEAD coaches facilitate engagement groups to provide staff additional support from peers. These groups are led with a topic in mind for the group to discuss.
